- Payment is due upon completion of manufacture. All goods must be paid for before removal from our premises (if collected) or upon completion of installation.

- Payment is by cash or cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card.

- Delivery can be arranged to any UK mainland address with all delivery charges agreed at the point of order.

- The specification is the responsibility of the client and should be confirmed in writing (or by eMail) at the point of order.

- When ordering, right or left hanging, as viewed from the front, must be specified.

- All goods remain the property of Fridaywood Gates until payment in full is cleared.

- If any work is agreed to be defective, then a replacement or refund will be offered.

- Damage or defects deemed to be the result of wear and tear are the responsibility of the client.
